Description

yeah! even though this animal has been done a few times as an origami model before, it was always named kuehneosaurus, but the reason why the name here is different is not a typing mistake. this animal is actually called kuehneosuchus. the funny thing is that kuehneosaurus also existed and also had elongated ribs, but really not as long as Kuehneosuchus.
this creates a wide gap between the two, because kuehneosuchus was a skilled glider (with a wingspan of 28 cm and length of 70 cm, this reptile could cover a distance of 200 - 400 m, while kuehneosaurus used its modest wings just for slowing itself down when parachuting.
i've uploaded it with an anatomical figure of the real thing for comparidson. ;-)

You can hardly tell the difference between that rather modest drawing and your masterpiece, other than some creative liberties you took, which is beyond merely fine. I forgot to comment when I first saw it, my apologies, as you spent a lot of time on this, undoubtedly, and deserve at least some minor praise, at most, an origami nobel prize or something to that effect. Masterfully folded, once again, though I suspect that the design could be modified so the corrugations that define the body can be hidden, as well as details added, such as venation to the wings, details to the face, maybe scales to the body? I don't know how long this took, so I'll stop there, because I definitely do not want to offend you, because this origami design is, despite my constructive criticism, a million times more beautiful and crisp than anything a majority of the people on the planet would be able to devise. Well, I'll see you around, friend. Peace.
