Description
the model does have swimmerets on the bottom of the abdomen.
claws - too short. unfortunately. the only part that I have never got right on any of my crayfish designs to date. I don't know why that is the case, but it's true.
50 cm square of lokta on foil. thick as hell, but I thought the color was more suitable than a "cooked" red or orange look that I would get if I used unryu. (I don't have any suitably-colored unryu... ) maybe the result would be better in terms of the overall shape, but I prerered to have a semi-realistic color here.
I will have to redesign the CP to fit a 64 by 64 grid, which I didn't want to do at first because I thought the claws will be fine, but I was wrong. So while I'm at it, I will supersize the claws and turn it into a propper lobster XD
The design in its present form, howewer, would be quite suitable for a shrimp or prawn, I would only have to make it from thinner paper and change the shaping somewhat. XD
