Chevrotain whale evolution - step 4

I call this beast "super otter."
It's not terribly different from its smaller ancestor, but it has even stronger tail, and the skull began to change drastically. the nostrills moved closer to the orbits, so the animal lost it's "snout," the jaws lengthenned even further to accomodate for a higher number of teeth. Most of the teeth are modiffied molars, there are only two upper canines and four lower incissors. The earlobes shrunk close to nonexistence, much like the earlobes of today's seals.
